Government Relations

Each year, the Tennessee Association for Home Care (TAHC) advocates for positive changes within the industry including the rules, laws, and policies governing the homecare industry. We retain lobbyists to represent your interests daily in the State Legislative Session and provide you with an electronic State Legislative Report during the session. The Association also holds membership in the National Association for Home Care (NAHC) and other groups to advocate together on federal initiatives affecting your business.
