Education: We offer two Conferences each membership year – one in Middle TN and one in East TN. In addition, we offer off-site education through teleconferences; video streaming; and web based programs.

Representation: We monitor both state and federal issues affecting our membership. This requires liaison activities with other national and state associations; state and federal legislators, government officials and consumer groups.
