We are glad you are committed to contacting your Legislator(s) on Homecare Issues. Legislators DO want to hear from you. They are anxious to know what is important to their voters. TAHC wants to help you continuously communicate with your Legislator to keep them aware and supportive of issues that positively affect you, your patients/clients and your business.

Click here for the ‘Contact Your Legislator’ link on the Tennessee State Legislator website. There you will find a link to help you find YOUR STATE Senator and Representative – just enter your home address. Click their picture and you'll have contact information for them in Nashville or back home in their district.  TAHC will send you State Legislative Alerts to use in communicating with your State Legislators OR feel free to invite them on home visits so they KNOW what you do for their voters!

Click here for the National Association for Home Care Legislative Center.  This system also allows you to enter your home address to communicate with your FEDERAL Senators or Representative from Tennessee.  You'll see the latest federal positions with links to send an email & keep your TN Legislators in Washington DC on top of issues like Medicare, Department of Labor or other federal laws/rules affecting your business.
