Tennessee Seniors and Adults with Disability Deserve CHOICES!

The State of Tennessee’s CHOICES Program helps eligible seniors and individuals with disabilities receive the personal care and support services they need to safely age at home.

But low reimbursement rates and staffing shortages are causing CHOICES providers to exit the program and threatening the health and well-being of Tennessee’s seniors and individuals with disability who receive care at home. Tennessee has not increased the reimbursement rate for providers since the program first began over 11 years ago!

Without Additional Funding and Support, the State’s CHOICES Program is at Great Risk.
