Preferred Mobile Wound Care serves Home Health agencies by bringing the wound clinic to the home. We provide treatment for patients with mobility and transportation issues that make it taxing and difficult to get to a stationary wound clinc. With advanced modalities such as skin grafting and sharp debridement we provide meaningful healing for chronic wounds- our healing rates are 44% faster than the national average.  We write realistic orders for Home Health, doing away with "evaluate and treat as indicated" or "daily dressing changes"  for non- healing wounds. Our providers are accessible when your Nurses need an immediate verbal order or answer while they are at bedside. Since we are a physician and provider practice we bill Medicare Part B, just like mobile PCP practices- no duplication of services with Home Health. And our providers visit every week or every other week as necessary, which makes it easier for Home Health to accept and staff wound patients by reducing costs for staffing and supplies and improving patient outcomes.
