From time to time, an individual not currently employed in home care demonstrates a commitment to the industry that warrants special recognition. The Tennessee Association for Home Care's President's Award seeks to recognize those individuals whose contributions to the industry are critical in effectuating a desired outcome, such as an important policy change or the initiation of a program or other initiative that affects the home care industry, its workers, or the individuals served in a meaningful way.
Past President's Award Winners include former Congressman Harold Ford and former Governor Phil Bredesen and other dignitaries who’ve supported the home care industry. Members may nominate an individual for the President's Award to the TAHC Board who retains final approval of this award.
Members may provide written documentation of how the nominee has demonstrated extraordinary support for the home care industry in the space below.
