The best part is that: a great onboarding program is a lot of fun.

• Identify best practices for onboarding programs;
• Discuss key metrics to measure the success of the programs.

January 27th Webinar How to Build an Excellent Competency Program: An effective competency program is more than only in-services and supervisory visits. Agencies must be sure that staff members have the knowledge, education, skills, and experience necessary to perform their jobs. Competency is a frequent deficiency in both new and established agencies, and it can cause risk management issues for all. This program will help you understand what an effective competency program looks like.
Program Objectives:
• Define what a successful competency program looks like;
• Describe how to develop a competency program;
• Explain how to implement and evaluate a competency program.
