2. Outstanding Home Care Service Provider Award;
3. Excellence in Home Care Administration Award; and
   
4. The President’s Award will be awarded by the TAHC Board only in years when an outside person or company has demonstrated extraordinary support for the Homecare industry. Former President Award winners have included former Congressman Harold Ford, Governor Phil Bredesen and other dignitaries who’ve supported the Homecare industry. Members may nominate an individual for the President Award with final Board approval.

The first THREE Awards will be selected by the TAHC Nominating & Award Committee without knowledge of the nominee’s name or company. The Nominating Committee has discretion to determine if nominees meet the stated criteria and to leave the Award vacant if the criteria is not met. A TAHC staff or board member will present awards in person at the 2025 Annual Conference Award Luncheon - Location: : Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville South Cool Springs 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin, Tennessee, 37067 Date: Monday, May 5th - 11:55AM-1:20PM CT. Deadline to Submit Nominations is FRIDAY, MARCH 14TH, 2025. Click on the award title to open the online nominating form, complete, and click the submit button. Remember that YOUR responses are all that the Nominating Committee will have to determine the winners of the 2025 Awards so be sure to detail your nomination! Nominees’ names & company information will be deleted prior to the Committee’s deliberation.
