Home care has been prioritized for the COVID-19 Vaccine in Tennessee, which means that the first doses may be made available to your providers in the next several weeks. Many employers are wondering whether they can or should mandate that employees receive the COVID-19 Vaccine. Join labor and employment law attorney, Kara Shea, for a discussion of the factors that you should consider as you plan your vaccination policy.

Ms. Shea will discuss some COVID-related employment policies that could be helpful & answer your questions.
